Already taken a self-defense class and want to stay sharp? This 2-hour refresher is for returning students who are ready to move, review, and build on their skills.

There’s no lecture — just a focused, hands-on session designed to help you reinforce what you’ve learned, refine your technique, and add new tools to your self-defense toolkit.

In This Workshop, You’ll:

  • Revisit core techniques like escapes, blocks, and strikes

  • Practice with partners in dynamic drills

  • Learn new, practical skills to add to your foundation

  • Improve timing, pressure, and muscle memory
